Aircraft - From Leonardo's flying machine to the invisible plane

It's been just over a century since we humans learned to fly, but in this "short" period of time we have made giant strides. This book, full of fun and colorful illustrations, tells how airplanes have changed the world: from the fragile biplanes of the pioneers, up to modern-day fighters, almost invisible to radar. In this book, children and adults can learn about some of the most important planes in history. Pages and pages of technical and historical facts, from the first airplane flights to the latest inventions. A book with splendid color reconstructions by an artist specializing in children's illustrations.

Reasons of interest:

  • Dozens of planes portrayed in their historical period
  • Simple captions to tell the most important models
  • Great variety of settings, from the first flights of the last century to the immediate future
